By commissioning me you agree to the following Terms of Services:REVISION POLICY- I am happy to provide as many revisions as needed if you find bugs/texture issues with your model or if something wasn't rigged correctly. You will have 90 days after your model is delivered to notify me of any changes you would like to your model. After that I may charge depending on what kind of revision you request.ARTWORK REVISION POLICYBefore I begin rigging you are responsible for verifying that you are happy with the art from your artist. Revisions made to your artwork after your model has been rigged may incur a fee based on amount of work needed to replace the layer(s). Any revisions I request from your artist will not incur a fee.DEADLINES AND DELIVERYTypical delivery on a model is between 2 and 4 weeks. This can be affected by the complexity of the model and how much work I currently have in my queue. Please verify with me if you have a hard deadline, or need the model ASAP. I do offer a rush charge of 50% if you would like to be put at the front of my commission queue and need your model done within 2 weeks.USE AND CREDITYou are welcome to use your model as you see fit, whether for private or commercial usage. You must credit me for the work on your socials/streaming platforms and anywhere you use your model. You can link to my twitter for credit. Failure to credit me for my work will subject you to paying a $300 privacy fee.Unless you tell me otherwise ahead of time I may stream work on your model or post progress pics to social media. I also post a showcase video of your model after I finish. Please tell me if you are trying to keep your model a secret and when you want to allow the video to be posted.REFUNDSIf you cancel before I begin work there will be no cost to you. If you cancel within a day of me working on your model there will be a $100 fee. At any point after that there is no refund. Many hours go into each rig and I cannot afford to refund after sinking more than a days worth of work.COMMUNICATIONI am happy to communicate through Discord/Twitter. Discord is my personal preference due to large file limits so I can more easily send you progress updates on your model. Payment will be via a business PayPal Invoice, payment must be made in full before files will be delivered to you. If you need a payment plan please ask me. Payment is typically 50% prior to start and 50% prior to finishing your model.All pricing is subject to change based on the complexity of the project and if you choose to add any additional requests during the rigging process. You will be notified if anything would require an additional charge.FAQ1. How do I get a model made? Where do I start?You’ll need to find yourself a Live2D Artist, typically you will purchase a character design from them to help design your model, and then purchase their services to actually get a PSD file of your model. One of the best places to look for artists is the Live2D Community Discord or the Vgen website.2. What do I need before my model or art can be rigged?You will need a psd of your model/art and it must be fully cut for animation. I may offer to cut projects for an additional fee.4. I’m a pretty good artist and want to draw my own model. Can I do that?Absolutely. However please look up a few guides before attempting. The .psd needs to be setup in a specific way in order to work for Live2D. Here’s a video I would recommend: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yiIRGzTthII.5. What software do I need to make my character move?There’s a number of different programs out there, I would recommend only the following:VTube Studio: Probably the best tracking solution out there most notably because it has the best facial tracking software. I highly recommend using something like an iphone for improved tracking quality.6. My model is breaking or having a defect, what do I do?Please just message me regarding the issue and I'm happy to help you fix it!7. Will I get the source file once you are done rigging my model?To prevent copyright issues I do not give out the source files of my work. You as my client will receive everything you need for your model to work, as well as lifetime support with any issues that may come with my rigging. You may purchase the source file (cmo3) for 3x your project cost if you really wish to have it.8. It’s been XXXX time and I want to add something to my model, how much will it cost?If you need anything extra done for your model after your initial commission, please feel free to reach out to me and I can provide you a quote.9. Are there any upfront fees?Once we have agreed upon a project I charge 50% up front to begin work and 50% after the work is complete. If you want to add anything extra while I’m working on the project we can just tack that cost at the end.10. Waitlist PolicyAt this time I am currently booking 2 Rigging Commissions per month. It is a $50 nonrefundable fee to reserve a date on my waitlist. The $50 will be credited towards the cost of your down payment.11. Will you support your work after it is complete?I support all my clients for lifetime after hiring me. If you ever have any issues with your model or ever need additional work done you can always get in touch with me and I will help you out.12. Does the purchase come with commercial rights?Yes you are free to use your model on any platform for profit. However you MUST credit me in your videos/streams description as your model rigger.
